I’ve had Royals coverage for a few years now and definitely saved me a ton of out of pocket. There are times where I’ve had to pay out of pocket but not bad
This Royal Administrative Services is a total scam. The people that sell you the policy will tell you its so easy to cancel in 30 days. Then when you call to cancel the plan, watch out. Here comes the run around you have to send a letter then they wont tell you that you have to send a notarized letter with the mileage on it. Total scam so they can prorate your policy and keep your money. Your better just putting $4000.00 in a account in case something happens then dealing with these rude people!! Stay away from them!!
Very prompt and easy company to deal with. Would recommend
I’ve worked as a service advisor for three different vehicle brands. I’ve worked with Royal on multiple occasions. I’m now telling my customers up front if they have a Royal warranty not to expect much. I loathe dealing with them. They nickle and dime every repair, refusing to cover essential components. They have supplied us with “like” parts meaning that instead of new or reman parts, customers get used parts of the same age that are frequently barely better than the broken ones we removed. They are slow to submit approvals (same or next day for other warranties vs. five or more days for them.) They are slow to submit payment often stranding the customer without a vehicle. They only cover 5 days of a loaner vehicle and they will not account for their own delays in communication. A $3500 warranty shouldn’t be this hard to deal with. There are other plans available that for not much more, are worlds better at customer service and at dealing with repair facilities. You get what you pay for. Or in this case, you get far less than what you’d expect for what you’ve paid.
Horrible, rude…total scam. Beware!!
Received a notice about my expiring auto coverage and called. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and demeaning. I told him I was not interested because of his poor customer relations skills which gave me a picture any future assistance I would need if I purchased this contract.
poorest phone skills of any customer relations of any warranty I have ever dealt with in my 61 yrs of my life. regina is rude beyond belief. everything is pre-existing engines.
Repair shop was harassing me for payment for weeks! called my company and told me they were on top of it. Finally I got a call from the shop saying it was finally paid. pain in the neck but finally got it taken care of
Do not buy a contract from Royal. I got a 30-day extension on my warranty on September 27,2012. So, on October 26, 2012, the day of my extension, they told me it had expired on the morning of October 26, 2012 at 12am.
could have been a little easier… i have my BMW and had a problem with the axel. they offered a small amount towards my repair and refused to offer any more. i asked for explanation as to why i was not offered the full repair but were not helpful.

After one month, numerous emails and phone conversations, my dispute with Royal Administrator and Carchex has been resolved to my satisfaction. I tried to remove my previous complaint from this site, but was unable to do so, so I am following it up with this one. Thank you Jason Goldmith, CEO of Royal Administrator, for working with me, listening to my case, and helping to work out a satisfactory resolution.
I bought an extended warranty for my BMW M3 through Carchex/Royal Administration so I could have “peace of mind.” What I have is angst, frustration, stress, and blood pressure. Apparently, my $4000 Premier Plan does not even cover diagnostics to determine what is wrong with the car! Do not buy from this company! Case in point: the service engine. A $356.15 bill with repairs supposedly covered under the warranty (ignition coils), of which Royal was only willing to pay $67.76. After a heated phone conversation with Brian of Royal Administration with no satisfactory resolution, I decided I would do everything in my power to express my total disgust and dissatisfaction with this company. If I can save one person from buying an extended warranty through Carchex, it will be worth my efforts.
